When will I receive my order?


On dispatch, we will send you a tracking number as well as the courier information so that you can keep an eye on your delivery and communicate with the courier company should the need arise. We do offer a tracking service on our website but not all couriers are trackable on this page.

Are the items showing as “in stock” immediately available?


Most times, “Yes” but as we don’t only sell online an item or two may have been sold and the online system may not have been updated at the time of your purchase. Your item will then become a “pre-order” item and may take a few days to get in. If items are urgently required, please give us a call or send us an email so that we can react to the urgency of your order.

Are orders dispatched on the same day an order is placed?


We do try our very best to get orders out as soon as is possible but due to the number of orders received on a daily basis, we may take up to 2 days before an order is dispatched. If an order is urgent, please communicate via email or give us a call to let us know the urgency of your order to that we may assist you promptly.
